Erreur lsusb – Impossible d'get le qualificateur / descripteur de périphérique: Ressource temporairement indisponible

J'ai récemment installé Fedora 25 Server sur une machine relativement ancienne ( HP Compaq dc7700 Small Form Factor ). Il a déjà utilisé Windows 10, mais tous les ports USB ont soudainement cessé de fonctionner (je ne me souviens pas si cela a fonctionné depuis); J'ai installé Fedora dans l'espoir de résoudre le problème USB.

Je crois comprendre qu'après avoir branché un périphérique USB, il devrait apparaître lors de l'exécution de lsusb . Cependant, je ne vois que les concentrateurs, et non l'appareil (dans ce cas, un keyboard):

lsusb -v montre ce qui suit (vraisemblablement sur stderr ), entrecoupé du rest de la sortie:

J'ai essayé plusieurs ports USB, avec le même résultat.

Le keyboard fonctionne normalement sur d'autres systèmes (Windows).

Comment puis-je déterminer s'il s'agit d'un problème matériel ou d'un problème de pilote – périphérique USB ou périphérique système? Quelles autres étapes puis-je prendre pour résoudre ce problème?

C'est probablement un problème de matériel sur la machine, surtout si ce comportement intermittent a été vu avec Windows installé. Voici quelques choses que vous pourriez essayer:

  1. Essayez d'autres périphériques USB, en particulier les lecteurs flash, lors de certains transferts de files. Le keyboard est probablement bien, mais ce serait une autre confirmation.

  2. Lorsque vous twigz un périphérique USB, vous pouvez faire un ls -l /dev/disk/by-* pour voir ce qui se produit là-haut, puisque les périphériques USB seront explicitement nommés / listés ici. Indépendamment de ce que lsusb déclare, cela devrait au less montrer les dispositifs connectés (et ils peuvent disparaître quand ils cessent de fonctionner, aussi … potentiellement un autre indice). Note: lsusb peut de toute façon utiliser cette information pour ne pas voir de différence entre les deux.

  3. On dirait que votre machine s'identifie avec un mélange de concentrateurs 1.0 / 2.0. Est-ce correct à votre connaissance, selon les spécifications officielles de votre machine? Vous pouvez limiter votre utilisation / test aux ports 2.0 pour être plus précis.

  4. Vous pouvez essayer d'utiliser un hub USB externe et voir comment cela se passe. Par exemple, les connections intermittentes sont-elles less fréquentes lorsque vous utilisez un concentrateur externe sur un concentrateur racine 2.0?

Enfin, vous pouvez toujours prendre une voie plus directe vers une solution et effectuer l'expérience bon marché d'installer une carte PCI-USB (less de 20 $) pour voir si le problème disparaît complètement en utilisant quelque chose comme ça.
